Relax and Rejuvenate Yoga in Mildenhall

This week we had a beautiful and very mindful yoga class in Mildenhall, I am very proud of my yogis that came, I understand sometimes it is hard to always make it on a Monday but well done for coming. The idea is that we truly relax at the beginning of the Mildenhall class so that you can let your day fall away and have some time to focus on you. Becoming mindful and aware of you inner self. The class starts off with mediation and soft asanas working up into our soft yet strong flow sequence to rejuvenate you for the week ahead. :D Join us next week for your Mildenhall Yoga Class, and remember next week we have moved days and we have a Wednesday Yoga class in Mildenhall 7.30-8.30pm at St. Johns Community centre.
