Throughout August we will be focusing on giving thanks to mother earth and having gratitude in all that we have in life, so often we take things for granted such as the simple act of waking up in the morning and being able to get out of bed. THE ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE IS THE HIGHEST
OF YOGA. Give thanks for your life and the world around you I challenge my students to write 5 things down every evening that they are thankful for that day and within their life, illuminate your blessings. Become aware of all that surrounds you and start living in the present moment.
